14-0-0Unbeaten IPL XI

About 14-0-0

14-0-0 is a fan-built game about one simple, impossible question: could you assemble an eleven good enough to never lose? In the flagship IPL game that means winning all fourteen league games — a perfect 14-0-0. In the Test Cricket game it means taking a squad of red-ball legends through a whole World Test Championship cycle unbeaten — 13-0-0.

The idea

It's the cricket cousin of the football game 38-0-0 and the basketball game 82-0. You don't pick freely — you spin for a random franchise and season, then draft one player from that exact squad, and you keep going until your XI is complete. The constraint is the fun: you might land on a legendary side or a forgettable one, and you have to make it work.

The data

Every rating comes from real, ball-by-ball match data published by Cricsheet under an open licence — every IPL season from 2008 to today, and Test matches from the early 2000s onwards for the Test Cricket game. Stats are converted into within-era percentiles so dominance in any era is rewarded equally — a brilliant 2009 season ranks alongside a brilliant 2026 one. Volume matters too: a full-season carry outranks a small-sample cameo.

Unofficial & independent

This is a hobby project made by cricket fans, for cricket fans. It is not affiliated with the IPL, the BCCI, the ICC, or any franchise, national board or player. No sign-up is needed to play — an optional username lets you put your name on the leaderboards, but the game never requires it. If you enjoy it, share your XI and challenge a friend to beat it.
